Amazing how our courts work. You can regulate people supporting a candidate for office. I have a fried who had to give up his job as a talk show host to run for county commission because his opponents would be entitled to free air time if he kept his show.
If I hand out leaflets saying Vote For Charlie Crist I can go to jail if I have not registered with the government.
But Hezbollah's TV and Radio stations could have 1st amendment protection. I don't think that's what our founding fathers were thinking of.
