Dennis is a public figure commenting in a public forum.

Michael is responding in that same forum. There is nothing unseemly and no betrayal for Mr. Medved to publicly disagree with Dennis on an issue. Friends can disagree and remain friends. I found nothing disrespectful or presonal in Mr. Medveds comment, and frankly agree with him entirely, which is a first.

I dare say that if you asked Dennis he would not agree with your assertion that Michael "Betrayed him" by merely expressing publicly (in a public debate no less that Dennis himself made public) a disagreement with him.
