Thanks for reading OilPatch! It took a little research because the Pickens Land-Grab is spread across three bills in the Texas legislature, but it's right there nonetheless.

Do I have a stake in this? YES. I cannot stand T. Boone Pickens and very much want to see him fail in his dishonest and deceitful efforts to trick Americans into believing in fantasy.

Thanks for your articles. My family has owned a farm in the panhandle of Texas for four generations. Our farm happens to take up part of the path for Mr Pickens' pipeline.
