Replier To Breyer

...as the old adage goes. This sentence made me think:

"Breyer pointed to a racist and cruel illegality evolving to a humane and admirable respect for the law, a nation changing and growing under the wise tutelage of The Court and The Law."

Yes, that sounds like a prototypical view of a SCt liberal justice. Completely ignoring the abolitionist movement and its Christian roots and role in ending slavery and expanding human rights.

It will only get worse with more of the same under a President Obama, or even a nightmare scenario of Justice Clinton (whichever, or God forbid both).

You make me want to go back to bed and hide my head until doomsday.
The situation in this country is so disgusting and you describe it perfectly. And we sheep sit here and get frustrated.
So what happens from here? The same old same old?

We hold our heads up and speak and do whats right and have faith that a country this great has the power to cast off the parasites who have brought us to this state. The libs will ultimately be defeated. Abraham Lincoln said, "No lie lasts forever." The clock is running out on the libs and their nonsense; those hearings about energy before the Senate Judiciary Committee (?) showed that this energy crisis has the power to defeat those idiots.

I try to visit others' blogs when I can, and am happy to have found yours.

Someone said on a thread the other day we are no longer a nation of Laws we are a nation of Lawyers. It does seem like many laws and regulations are only instituted to increase revenue for lawyers. No doubt this is a necessity as the list of those practicing law increases.

I know some good people who are in law, and we can only hope that they can stem the drift to the left and socialism that is being aided and abetted by our politicians (nearly all are lawyers) and the Courts who are abrogating the original separation of powers as designed by our founders.

May your child carry the banner of integrity and respect for our Constitution. I wish you both well!

I didnt even tell you that I forwarded your stir-fry recipe to my wife. That is the kind of dish we like to eat. I'll let you know how it comes out when she does it. My wife is an amazing cook and she usually adds dishes to her repertoire by getting other people's recipes and modifying them and playing around with them a few times until its to our taste.
