That was my thought too. I know my wife races to strip off her clothes and shower as soon as she gets home so as not to bring home any contagions to my son or me, so it seems unlikely she forgets to wash her hands at work. Yet the government is paying a hundred grand just to figure that out. Amazing.

I am not sure the left is being quite so open about hating the "evil rich" or "evil corporations" right now. They seem to be busy trying to look more centrist once again now that they realized the election victories of 2006 and 2008 did not mean that the majority of America was turning socialist.
