An Absolutely Chilling Decision from the 9th Circuit

Religious Belief

Why don't we save ourselves a lot of misery and send all liberals to an alternate universe. Once there, they could chomp on each other. I think even God might leave them be.

And then we can have peace and freedom. Remember, liberals of the 18th Century---or even the 1950s for that matter---are not the liberals of today. Today's liberals are so far left as to be bordering on treachery against the United States.

The United States was conceived by men with religion in their veins. They never intended for us to be a one religion nation or a non religion nation.

As most sane people know, there is nothing about "separation of church and state" in the Constitution. It cogently states that Congress shall enact no laws establishing or preventing a freedom of religion.

The Constitution has been bastardized over the years in this respect, and Circuit Court's ridiculous decisions just prove the point.

by George Will on the 9th circuit.

WASHINGTON -- There should be two Supreme Courts, one to reverse the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the other to hear all other cases. Last term, more of the Supreme Court's caseload -- 18 of 82 cases (22 percent) -- came from the liberal 9th Circuit, based in San Francisco, than from any other circuit, and the 9th was reversed in 15 of the 18. The 9th's winning percentage (.167) was worse than that of the 1962 Mets (.250). On Monday, in the first decision of this term, the Supreme Court reversed the 9th's fretfulness on behalf of Fernando Belmontes.

Now the 9th gets reversed quite a bit and it depends who's favor it's in. Checked into the 9th and they have most active judges appointed by Democrat Presidents.
