However, I find it unsettling the AG wants to throw out the Illinois and US Constitutions to expedite moving Lt Governor Quinn into the position of designating Obama's replacement.

There is great hue and cry from the left about giving Constitutional protections to unlawful combatants – armed terrorists captured on the battlefield – held at Guantanamo. Yet, they see no problem with stripping Blagojevich of those same protections.
