I agree with you that the UN is a vacuous idea, failed without remorse. I also agree that if we had set a 'benchmark' to bring our troops home by June 3, 1945, we would all be speaking German.

No one can see the other side whilst standing in the mire of the present impending trials. We shall will. We have no choice. We are Americans, and it is in our blood never to be slaves again to anyone or anything (taxes, etc.)
