I didn't see the cartoon of the cops..post a link or I will find it. That is really funny. The libs can always dish it out but never can they take it and we are finding that out more and more these days.

Hi Dawn
While driving in my car today, they were playing a clip on the radio. I came in sort of in the middle and I could not figure out who the idiot was and then they said, Attorney General Eric Holder. WTH was he babbling about? Ugh!
Heard and saw the chimp story over and over, but mostly our local news is covering our budget problems or lack there of a budget. Go CA!
I heard about the cartoon and I have yet to see it.

I do feel sorry for the chimp
The owner was giving him xanax? What the hell was she thinking? I also don't believe that chimps and other wild animals should be kept as pets. That includes big cats, monkeys, and snakes. If he would have been in a zoo, I'm sure he wouldn't have been loaded up on xanax. If it was in the wild where it belongs, then it wouldn't have had to be put down. Giving xanax to a creature many times more powerful than a man? The owner said the chimp would drive? I put all of this on the owner. I'm like Sue about the cartoon. I heard about it but haven't seen it yet. I do know that they did very disparaging things about Bush, as you eloquently pointed out. They were certainly fine with that. Holder can't call Americans cowards when it comes to the talk about race because when it's brought up, the white person is always called a racist. Holder is the last person to call someone a coward anyway considering he went right along with the pardon of Marc Rich since his ex-wife donated money to Clinton. Now, that's a coward.

Hi, Sue!
The cartoon is a joke but what happened to that woman isn`t. It was just a slam at the stimulous/recovery/reparations bill. The reaction of Sharpton and Meeks are just the beginning of even more over-the-top racial sensitivity. Eric Holder and his little snit fit, calling us cowards, goes right along with them. And we thought it was bad before ....
I just saw that CA has passed gas, I mean, a budget. Hope someone took the time to read it!

Hey, Jesse "The Body"!
I feel sorry for Travis, too. The owner is denying giving him Xanax and perhaps I should have written "alledgedly". Yes! She said he drove a car! How and where? On the street? Scary and she deserves all the responsibility and blame for this tragic situation. Her friend has been severely maimed. Travis should have been in an animal refuge and none of this would have happened.
This thing with the cartoon and Eric Holder is just the beginning. I wish I knew how to post cartoons and photos. You can find it at http://www.powerline.com. Thanks for your visit, Body!

The nutty owner of this "wild animal"
needs to be put in a padded cell. The chimp had bitten somone before and his owner didn't even return the woman's phone calls and certainly didn't take responsibility for her medical bills. People who don't have the brainpower to know the difference between domesticated pets and dangerous wild animals don't deserve a a lot of pity. Unlike some, I'm not wringing my hands or shedding tears for an animal that had it a lot better than a lot of little kids then tears off a woman's face and eats her hands. Guess I'm just hard hearted. Dang the animal and double dang his stupid owner. My sympathy goes to the lady who lost her face.
As for Holder, he's more of an ape than the chimp was. I'm sick to death of the racist whining from the biggest bunch of power rich racists on the planet earth. Dang them too.

Especially since he bit someone else! That dear woman who was so brutally mauled will never be the same. It is so hard to imagine what she is going through. My prayers go out to her.
Somehow, I think they are going to play this race card one too many times. It is just about at the tipping point We are all sick of it. You have caused quite a stir. Bill Cosby was on the Today show Today or one of the crappy morning shows. I like Cosby and always have. He really has lead by example, his TV show Exemplified what black families should aspire to. He is still spreading a good message to the black community for those that will listen. I personally love to see a black family thrive. The problem is there are so few real black families, as Anne Coulter points out in her book and she is right. I do hope that one of the positive things of the Obama Presidency is that black men will see themselves as achievers, not something even encouraged in the black community unfortunately. Jessy Jackson who is easy to hate and other black so called leaders have done all they can do to keep black people dependent. Even when Obama was just a candidate for President, he said that he was trying to act white, a typical statement to keep people down. Acting white apparently is to achieve goals and actually accomplish something in your life. I think there is still a whole lot of discrimination in this country, unfortunately it is black against white, they really do want to see all of use dead. I am not likely to check back to the comments as many of you probably don't, so you can contact me at barrym@tds.net.

Maybe it's where and who I was raised with but I don't see racism very often at all. And never having been a practitioner I find it hard to understand. But I have noticed that most of the time both today and historiclly, the people that scream racism are usually the biggest racist of all. Isn't that how genocide starts after all? I think the way you identify real racism from racism that's made up by racist is simple. If EVERYBODY sees it as racism, it is. Thus, if somebody says "Racism and you didn't notice it, it was probably said by a racist.

Hi, Sue!
Right on! pbho is far too arrogant by half!!!! Just wanna slap him silly or break that glass jaw. He would go down in one punch! You probably know of this but at the Fox News website, they have a 100 day poll for pbho and his performance from A to F. Everyday, I go there and give him an F! I do wish he was gone. Maybe there will be a scandal or something soon. He just does not appear to be taking the job seriously, like some frat boy with the keys to daddy`s Escalade!

Hi, Mrs. Always Learning!
In just the last few days, there was a photo of the WH with a watermelon patch in front of it. The caption reads: No Easter egg hunt this year. Some mayor in California sent it out to his "friends". Someone complained and now he is going to resign Monday. No wonder good people don`t want to go into politics! All the despicable, ugly cartoons that have been printed about George Bush and members of his cabinet!
Some in the MSM have been making racial remarks about Bobby Jindal. Where is the outrage? Such hyprocrasy on the left and they continue to get a pass! How do they do it? Thanks for your visit, Mrs. AL!

Hi Dawn
He is trying to do too much too fast. It is a campaign/marketing strategy. There is so much to look at, so once you get started something else is there. It is so ridiculous.
I still can't believe how little time has passed. My gosh!
