The saddest statement from the voters who 'organized' Mr. Obama into office, is the attitude that they 'knew' better than us. Even though they would not or could not address the specifics of Obama positions or policies.
They just think of themselves as smarter than us. It must have been all that "self-esteem" training they had as young brats.
Moveon.org is giving free "I voted for Obama" bumper stickers. I may send for mine for the sole purpose of sticking across the big mouth of the next Obama sheep who pops off to me.

It's Hard
I find it hard to listen to those that voted for BHO. They do seem to display a sense of "our guy won, now we have things our way" mentality.
Don't get me wrong, I pray that he does not enact the policies that he promised and that the country is able to move forward under his administartion. And I will continue to support the Office of the POTUS, I just will have very little respect for the individual that holds that office.

Barack in Wonderland!!
The 1 trillion dollar public works stimulus package is the "Big Dig" on steriods. Do we EVER learn?
The gas tax was structured to fund highway repair. Simply, the more gas people used the more the highways would deteriorate, the more repair and money they would require. Since, people now drive less or use lighter cars, the wear and tear should be less and less repairs should be required. Why do we need to raise the gas tax?
Only REAL growth will get us out of the recession. Lower corporate income taxes to 10% and trillions of foreign investment will be repatriated into the country. As the REAL growth occurs then demand for housing will start to rise and begin to repair the FREDDIE/FANNIE/Chris Dodd/Barney Frank/Franklin Raines boondoggle.
