Living in Spain you might not have access to the latest in news of the world, especially news from the USA that is not in agreement with some political views or the views of the UN.

Almost ALL of the scientists who were part of the UN's IPCC report on Global Warming have signed a statement saying their data was misrepresented, that they had no part in the report on the study, and do not believe that man has the ability to change the atmosphere of Earth.

Read these reports and be assured, the Earth is not in danger from global climate change because of anything man has done.

The Earth has survived just fine for 4-1/2 billion years and has never been in danger from its inhabitants. It will outlast mankind and his silly notions of importance.

Thank you for the links provided me, anyway I must tell you that in spain will have access to the latest news in the world. You can tell misrepresent information in both directions and one never knows for sure whom to believe.

Send me a greeting and thanks for reading my post.

Red Tavern,

You make good points. The truth can be distorted by both sides. The key to the truth is to, first, be open to the possibility your views are mistaken and that the information you have received is flawed. That creates an attitude ready to learn.

Another key to the truth is the motivation behind the people who give you the information. If they are paid for gathering and distributing information their sincerity can be suspect. They will tend to make the information agreeable to the ones paying them.

The UN wanted to be as correct as they could and created a second group of scientists who were not paid and not given any goals to achieve except to study the information and come to a correct conclusion. The result of that second group is more correct and believable than the group who was paid to do the first study.

When the scientist who gave data to the first group then claims that data was presented falsely, the conclusion of the first report can not be trusted.
