Memo to Green Zone in Colorado: Time to Go Nuclear

I share your sentiments.

There have been so many advances in nuclear engineering over the past 30 years as to boggle the mind. Even though I am involved in the solar power industry - residential and commercial installations, hopefully in the manufacturing arena - I am not deluded into thinking that diffuse energy - wind and solar - can replace concentrated, reliable base-load power from coal and atomic.

cleanenergyinsight.org (group of several)
coal2nuclear.com (Jim Holm) is more pro-AGW than I prefer, but his calculations are compelling and accomplish the desired result regardless.
