Women Suing for Failed Abortion Now Raising Daughter

So much for legal abortion being about privacy. She sure gave up her privacy with this lawsuit. Just wait until her little girl Googles herself in about five years and reads what her mommy tried to do to her, and that her mommy tried to get someone else to pay for her. Sick.

It is clearly the right to a dead baby, not privacy. And why couldn't this woman give this girl up for adoption, or take her to a "Safe Surrender" location, even in another state? She's not a man. Men are required by law to financially support children they spawn, so long as the mother doesn't kill the child or give the child up for adoption. Women have the option of not carrying the financial burden, even if they
don't have a successful abortion, by surrendering the baby or giving the baby up for adoption. She chose to keep this child.

This lawsuit should be thrown out. All she should get back is whatever she paid for the abortion. If she chose to have sex, the pregnancy is her fault. If I get in a car
accident, and break some bones including a finger, and the doctors botch the finger healing
process, I can sue them about the finger, but not for the loss of my car.
