Whether it ends up in the streets depends on how bad the economic situation gets. If we get into a hyper-inflation of the dollar, we will be in a world of hurt and the entire US will be in riot mode.

Dear Tim, You never should have gotten the job. Yeah!

I am not sure what to believe anymore about TARP. Anybody who wants to give the money back, let them. No matter how much it is. And announce it. I am sure Americans would be really happy to hear anyone giving any money back. So, take the MONEY!

And stop sending rules and regulations every day for TARP recipients. Get it together TIM!

There is no limit to the arrogance and ignorance of Congress. They think that they can micro manage everything from Washington. The thought is that if someone returns TARP money, it will hurt banks and cause runs on banks that do not return money. It will also eliminate government control of those who give back money. The formula for this is:

goverment control = Good

private control = bad

My formula is:

Congress = stupid.
