I have noticed this for years. On the way to work I tune in to the Stephanie Miller Show. These lefties spout the phrases ('marching orders') for the day. On my trip home from work I hear the same words and phrases in the hourly 5 minute newscasts.
It's as if lefties get up each morning and log in to a website or call an 800 number to get their topic (target) of the day.

The most blatent example was when Sarah Palin was nominated as the GOP VP candidate. Every attack, from who gave birth to Trig to the wardrobe fiasco were coordinated using the same words and phrases.

The fiasco with the CNN reporter at the Chicago Tea Party was just icing on the cake.
