Do we really care

I wanted to let you know that there are many like me who care so much about where our road is headed in this country. We love this country so much and worry bout all of the crazy things we see on TV... All we know is that we stand by, love and support and pray for our troops as often as we can and still believe that the United States is still the best country in the world. I think lots of folks have grown accustomed to all the political correctness of remaining silent...which is totally wrong. I hear of people putting down our country and it stirs up all kinds of emotions...and by GOD, I do my best to stand up for Freedom as often as I can ...and mostly for this country of ours. Don't lose hope Trip...as long as there are those of us who have FAITH and HOPE and LOVE for this country...it shall remain FREE...we all must wake up and realize the dream of our forefathers and protect it. Im new at this too...so I just wanted to letcha know how i felt about your blog. Hugs! Tina :)

I think you'd be surprised at just how many people do care about what's happening to this country. The fact is most don't know what to do or how to show it. No one has forgot 9/11, how we were brutially attack at our home. What they do is try and go on and find some sort of false security because they don't know what else to do. Those who do speak out are ignored; so we pretend, and we go on, and in the quiet of the night we pray.
Keep writing, and Hardwood is a good place for this link, it's where I saw it.
