I recently read where Ginsberg (why does she always wear a bib over her black robe?) thinks that there needs to be another woman on the big bench because there are some things that men just don't get. That's very true. There are also things that women just don't get. That's what it's all about.

As long as Roberts, Alito, Thomas, and Scalia are on the bench, America is in pretty good shape. Hopefully, Scalia is planning on sticking around for a good long while. I expect that Sotomayor will make herself heard in the
4-3 dissenting opinions.
