Thank you for giving me evidence to argue with my liberal Philly friends. In 2004, I convinced 6 liberals to vote for Bush due to the war and radical Islam. With us succeeding in the war in Iraq, the economy and mortgage crisis is the new issue. And with detailed investigative reporting by you, I guarantee I will be able to convince 20+ people to vote for McCain/Palin in 2008.

I am a part-time real estate investor and understand how this crisis has affected good people who made bad loan decisions. I try to help by buying their house and offering it back to them as a lease-option. I can only do 5 of those a year due to time and money, but if enough investors do this, we can help thousands of homeowners in trouble.
