My Dad is one of our living WWII heroes, Gene Wise.

We must honor our Dads daily, because as we've seen with the sudden death of Tim Russert, we never know how long they will be with us.

...and much more. They instill in us our character. In this day and age of fathers viewed as not havin much worth (think liberal, MSM and social engineerin), it's nice to have a day to set aside to honor them.
