I don't want to everestimate that shift, but you're right. I have nothing to lose, anymore and in that vein, we could get lucky and get a couple of great SCJ's. Because no matter who gets elected, they will not be doing a second term!!

Once again, always glad to hear from you.

I am not thrilled with McCain, but I have seen him slowly shifting a little to the right. Not enough to make me happy, but he is sounding more acceptable as time goes on.

And, as you said, he certainly will not appoint the disastrous justices that Hillary or Obama would. Even if he doesn't appoint great conservatives, he still will appoint someone in the center at worst. And, no matter what anyone says, O'Connor was still better than Ginsberg.

Well, as I said, I am not excited to vote for McCain but I certainly prefer him to the alternatives.
