The Philosophy of Ambiguity

Garnet, thanks, I needed that!

This was the funniest thing I've seen all week. I'm gonna steal it and email it to my non-blogging friends.

Garnet92

Okay, I am stealing this to and sending it to my friends who don't blog.

I have to say I have often wondered about number 19 myself.

Sue and BMU - these are some of the best

of this kind of thing that I've seen. There are at least a dozen that are great - like braille on drive-up ATMs, but I also liked the self-help section of the library and Santa knowing where the bad girls live! As I said, I didn't make these up, a friend sent them to me.

Garnet92

The self help section was a good one.

I just think of the braille on the drive up ATM machines. I have been asking the question of "why" for about 20 years now. Very strange.

The mime one was pretty good too. I wonder what they say, you have the right to start talking?

number 28

the same guys who decided to show "Yellow Submarine" in Tokyo.

Some of these are so insightful,

it wobbles the mind (as Kelly Bundy would say). I'm guessing that the ATM makers would say that the braille is for walk-ups or passengers in a vehicle driven by someone else. Wonder how many times a year an ATM is actually used by a blind person??????

Yo Dave, how about

2. One tequila, two tequila, three tequila, floor..... (been there, done that).

ROFLOL!

Great minds question alike: I, too, have always wondered about number 19!

Garnet re Humor

Thanks for the Humor. We all can use some right now

Hey Interface

I have it on good authority that braille was put on drive-up ATMs as a joke by a San Francisco industrial designer, Him No He, and that the braille characters actually say "Phuk Ewe" in Korean.

Yes, a very little humor, Kev

I think I'm in a reconstructive phase right now - kind of recovering.

Garnet

new post, stop by when you feel like it....

Dave, I did stop by to pay my respects

And fount an outstanding post. An extremely provocative subject and, judging from the comments, one that many feel intense about. Thanks for visiting.

Hey are you out there? I finally get a blog and you disappear! Hmmm...hope all is well.
