Bully Pulpit Working

Last week he came to Georgia and they had the speech on the radio. My wife, who is way less political than I am yelled out, "Hallelujah! Bout time! Why doesn't he do this more often?!" My sentiments exactly. Just when I start to think "maybe he and his cabinet are really as dim as the press says they are" Bush comes out and decks his critics with the facts and explanations. It's frustrating on why he waits so long. Maybe he waits until the Dems really put their foot in it before he shows them for fools?
