The Bare Nee Cessities
Censorship and other things

But Nee, this bill helps American...
...workers. They stripped the E-Verify provisions out the bill in conference so now that character who has been working at McDonald's will have to compete for her job with illegal aliens.
In fact 300,000 of these supposed new jobs will go to illegals at a cost of $250k per job.
Somebody is getting rich but sure ain't the American worker.
Thankfully, they locked republicans out on the conference meetings so repubs don't have to take the rap for it.

LOL, Nee!
Well, you're all over the map, here, but I guess I'll throw in a couple of thoughts.
I don't have a problem with Facebook turning down an ad. It's their site, they can accept whatever advertising they want. That's what the First Amendment is all about.
What if some porn site wanted to post an ad on Townhall? Would they be "obligated" to accept it simply because the porn king was willing to pay the posted rates?
You, of course, are perfectly within your own rights as a customer to stop using their service in protest, as you wrote.
To me, all of that is simply freedom in action!
As to the "stimulus", well yes, of course it's just higher taxes. Either directly, through higher tax rates, or indirectly through inflationary devaluation of the dollar.
No doubt about it.
Hoprefully, the GOPers will keep boycotting the idea, and the Dem/libs will be stuck owning it.
Because when Joe Sixpack wakes up to what this things gonna take out of his pocket, he's going to be PISSED!

My problem is that the ad was paid for and they pulled it after the fact. That is censorship. Refund the money and fine, I can deal with their choice.
You're right, I couldn't sleep last night being all over the map, so I got it on paper!! Phew!
(nee puts on dancing shoes...) I feel good, now, so good...

I'm telling you, I'm gonna lead the revolt!! I'm getting poorer by the day, for sure.
All the leftists just have their heads up his arse. It really is sad.
I see Red Nanny held off the vote and we have at least one potential appointee with some balls.
Who will be next to tell the COW to stick it, that his dem tools' pork package is also full of cow manure?
I admit that I am mean and nasty, today. Frown, frown, frown.

Good one.
I have to agree with BrianR on this. There must be no limits on Freedom of Speech other than common sense stuff.
This is what kills the libs and the censorship doctrine, the fact the market dictates what product works and what fails.
Good work and stay on target, we're hurting them.

Well, Nee, again...so what?
Private corporations are perfectly free to practice censorship. That's their First Amendment right.
The First Amendment prohibits censorship BY THE GOVERNMENT; not private entities.

Maybe my problem is that it still implies censorship. Given the times, I am a cynic.
What you're saying makes perfect sense and you are right, but it still rubs me wrong.

It seems that Henrietta was offered a free place to live for three months with her 37YO son!! And she declined the offer. Ivan and Bob are a waste of oxygen.
Bob is a chest-puffer with a grammar obsession and likes baby killing. If you watched the second link, the girl says "Or are they humans only when they're wanted?"
And Ivan is just an idiot who likes to get smacked down every day. It's how they survive.

Julio and the other ditz
What makes Julio believe that The Chosen One can do anything about his lack of employment skills? Is it the gummint's job to make sure that Julio can get a 6 figure salary when his biggest qualification is the ability to say, in English, "You want fries with that?"
As for the ditz, if she needs a kitchen and bathroom, she should get a friggin' job and take care of bidness!

You gettin' it wrong...
Who said this on Nov 4:
"For the last seven years we have had the highest corporate profit ever in American history. . . But it hasn't been shared, and that's the problem, because we have been guided by a Republican Administration who believes in the simplistic notion that people who have wealth are entitled to keep it. They have an antipathy toward the means of redistributing wealth.""

I see this
the democrats ONLY want a republican on there so when it fails.... guess where the finger pointing will go to? You guessed it, the media and the democrats would be all over this like a doughnut at a weight watchers convention! This truly amazes me that people will screw America for political gain, which Obama, Reid, and Pelosi are doing.

Of course! Then he can still call it bipartisan and snow the voters some more. Just two minutes ago, I read the words "In a major Vicotry for President Obama..." and I wanted to regurgitate. How can any thinking person call it a Victory?

That is all I have seen over the few days on the web, "victory, blah...blah...victory." Well, super. What a real victory for him. Oh wait, I did see "major milstone" some place too. Yes, major milestone for the biggest debt ever. On a bill that no one has read.
As for Julio and his job. Buddy, first get it together. Second, get it together and number three, if you are so bogged down, get another job. And as for working there 4 years and thinking you deserve some bonus plan, hmm.....
I am wondering if he can't get another job because he has not applied for one. Or he can't fill out the application.

And I did email you, so here am I on your blog wondering WTF? LOL Why no answer?
In case you need a reminder, April, dude. What's happening? We marching on Washington or what?
I tell you, I'm of the opinion now that all I need to do to get this real change for the better rolling is make a sign and carry it to Washington to throw the bastards out.
As soon as the weather breaks up here, I just might do that. Even if I am a party of one, those senators and representatives, the President, they still work for me, don't they? Perhaps I will camp on the steps of the Capitol or on the lawn nearby, like Martin Luther King was going to do before they shot him, until they leave or more Americans join me.
Yeah, what about a march and good old-fashioned sit-in until the rats desert the sinking ship. Hell, if enough people joined up, we'd shut down this economy for a time, what's left to shut down anyway. I know there's about five million people out there with nothing but time on their hands now that they're out of work. And more being added every month.

Why don't you apply at ACORN, I hear they got $4 billion bucks.
