Good post - I agree with you.

Two things should be corrected, though. Frank was not running the prostitution ring from his house, his prostitute boyfriend was.

Ginsburg did not recommend lowering the age of consent to 12, she was writing an opinion concerning a couple married in Kansas, who had moved to another state. The question concerned whether the man had the legal right to sleep with his own wife: a tricky legal question, everyone should admit (considering Kansas's scandalously low age of consent).
