NObama seems to have actually said "Dealing" with AQ

Of course his concept of dealing with any bogeyman is to sit down and have a cup of coffee with them and discuss the relative merits of political value systems and the high points of the last Chicago Bulls game with them, so it may not make a lot of difference what he said.
