If my boss gets more money he will give me a raise or hire more people.

Did not work for me. He built an air conditioned barn for his horses and bought a new yacht. Hope it worked out better for you.

Demand creates jobs to fill the demand.
Higher wages create demand.
What is so hard to understand?

Re-distribution of wealth is a fact of life. But the poor are out of money to give the rich. Party over till we stop the poor to rich re-distribution.
