They can not take away my ability and common sense to profile any and all human beings at any given time based on any reason I so choose. They can also not prevent me from convincing those around me that "this" person is dangerous. And therefor can't stop a mob from forcing said private institution from removing the threat. Right?

Just like sexual harrasment only applies if at the workplace, but your free to harass at a bar. As long as they don't work with/for you. Right?

... actually if I understand the law [which I may not] if they make it a civil rights violation, it would be the same as saying you cannot segregate or prevent Blacks from eating in your restaurant no matter how much the crowd might demand it. To equate the two sounds obscene, as it should, but that is what the law could do. Frightening to thnk about, isn't it?

This is a guy who is part of the legislative body that writes and passes bills that he then turns around and tells people to ignore. Like the constituants of Kennedy, Kerry, and Frank. Conyou's constituants must be a gaggle of idiots.
