First Amendment gives a person freedom of speech and freedom of expression.
It gives a person the right to speak out against his country...seemingly in time of war or peace. It gives the right to scram obscenities when a conservative speaker tries to address an audience and it gives the right to trample, burn or otherwise desecrate out flag.
But
It does not seem to give an Alabama judge the right to place the Ten Commandments, in stone, on a courthouse lawn.
So.
The Honorable Judge should have the stones redone to read as such:
"I believe,"
(First Commandment),
"I further believe,"
(Second Commandment),
"I also believe...etc etc and after the
Tenth Commandment the judge places his name.
Now
It is a statement of belief and as such would be protected by the First Amendment.
Gotta let it stand. Freedom of Speech and Freedom of Expression.
It'll drive the ACLU nuts!!!!!!

That was a nice list and a bit polite. The liberals need to invert the Constitution to reveal not what they cannot do but what they can do to the rest of us.

There are several things missing here if you think about the thoughtless grab bag mentality of the left. They ONLY have other people's money [OPM]in the form of taxes and fees and such.

[1] get that 100% inheritance tax back and [2] get full control of HC and ration off the oldies based on cost controls.
