What about the Constitution?

"The final bill does include a provision whereby those opposed to the legislation are prohibited from protesting, lobbying or organizing petitions against it." - Since when can a piece of legislation have the power to supercede the Constitution. Kind of weird coming from the party that constantly accused the Bush Administration of throwing away that great document.
