Most same-sex couples do not have children, for obvious reasons. They have a lot of time and money to give to advocates who need something to do. Apparently, everything else is going so well that the advocacy groups don't need to spend a lot of time on cases of true oppression and harm towards people, so they can focus on neutering our marriage laws.
