Family planning is just that, family planning. It's about making informed decisions about your life and taking the action necessary to control your own destiny. Nobody's children are getting piped anywhere. What Pelosi meant was that preventing unwanted pregnancies would save money for the state. I'm not trying to defend Pelosi because I think she's a bit of a tool, but you're completely twisting what she said.
