Rambo,
If you really worry about the dismissal of relevancy from Ayers' more 'active' period, then why in God's name would you go and spend your good money on "W"?
I'd rather read (urk) Woodward than watch Stone's proganda. However he tells it, it's about 9000 times worse than it actually was. And he won't get a freakin' NICKEL from me or anyone I know.
The only people who died in Weather Underground bombings are its own members, some of whom killed themselves on the roof of a building in New York trying to place a bomb there, as I recall.
But 'attempted murder' is still on the books. Doesn't matter if they succeeded, only that they attempted it.

COLONEL JON RAMBO
writes:
David: Intent is Present thus Guilty
The last time I heard Dave, intent to kill any human being, even the intent to do bodily harm and including the destruction of personal property, not to mention government buildings is still "ILLEGAL" and punishable by a prison term of some length. Period! Thus making the intent to harm others and personal property just as guilty as taking a life. Maybe not according to the screwed up LAWS of a SCREWED UP GOVERNMENTAL HIERARCHY, but according to "righteous and just judgement".
As for spending my personal resouces on a movie of my choice which by the way didnt kill or harm anyone but you I guess, is totally my affair.
And as you say, if attempted murder is still on the books, why is he still running free?
No need to answer, cause theres none good enough to satisfy righteous indignation.
