Comment on: Silent Majority

David Letterman and Sarah Palin and other random topics

Silent Majority

Good insights! I admire and respect Sarah Palin and believe she has the voice, the values and the virtues to prevail to something greater. The words, "baptism by fire" describe the absolute horror to which she and her family were subjected during that neverending campaign. John McCain used her, abused her and abandoned her in those oh, so heady days. The elitists in the GOP/Conservative movement continue to shun her middle class/common roots. The very same roots most of us have. David Letterman hates all women. He should be shunned and ignored. I pray for his wife and son.

Thanks for that take on Pawlenty! Who would know better than someone closely watching the contest of Coleman v Franken? Instead of tying up the courts, how about a special election in races too close to call? Too logical.

Coleman / Franken

I suspect the reason why the Coleman Franken case in the courts and not subject to a re-vote is one of the following: Franken, ACORN, et al would (easily) find a way to steal the election again, Minnesota laws possibly call for this to be handled by lawsuit, or I know for a fact that Coleman is saying that the election rules where not equally applied in all cases.

To me this reminds me of the 2004 Washington State Governor's election where that after the first and second counts the Republican Dino Rossi was ahead by a small amount then in the third count surprise surprise Democrat Christine Gregoire won, by 128 votes. Like in Minnesota in 2008, there were found ballots after the fact..
