Awesome subject

I struggle with that occasionally at work. On Monday we had to let a great performer go, she was a consistent no show, she unfortunately was not reliable when it came to being here. She did great work, when she was at work. She was neck deep in personal issues and this was her sole source of income. Making a decision to fire someone who is an honorable person and an excellent performer based on attendance is one of the hardest decisions I make out here in the civilian world, especially when it comes to my faith.

Everyone here at my workplace knows I am a Christian and instead of displaying it on my desk I try my best to walk the walk. Most of my decisions are based (consciously) on my moral compass inherently provided by my Christian faith. It works for me. Make sense?
