Ms. Gornik did a superb job of relating the MORE than possible senarios that will occur. You and Kentucky can be justifiably proud of her.

Wow, Bdubya.

The Mrs Gornik's, few as they are, give us hope. Great job and good post. Thanks for the heads-up.

GG

I thought all of the folks did great giving their testimony. Bottom line, this law, if passed, will be a net job killer.
Thanks for stopping by!!

Bobbie

You are correct...the fact that they are even being allowed to testify on the Hill gives me a great deal of hope. Too bad this wasn't a bi-partisan conference. Maybe that will be next...

Thanks for stopping by!

Say, do you think Mrs Gornik would consider relocating to Virginia for a short time? We could use someone like her here.

I will watch the full video tomorrow and thanx for putting this up! I will be looking for your next post on this subject!

Mrs AL

I kind of doubt it, she has a going concern with her speaker business here in Lex. Maybe we can clone her and send one to you. I agree though, all states need people grounded in her business ethic.

I watched the full proceedings yesterday. Everyone presented their case against card check very well. It was encouraging to actually hear citizens speak out.

The gentleman who had been intimidated and had his tools stolen did a fantastic job. It seemed like he was relieved to finally tell his story.

Thanks for bringing this subject up here in your post.

You could see he was trying to keep his emotions in check. I'm not normally awake during the afternoon but this was worth some lost sleep.
Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks for the kind words. I'm certainly not a pro...I feel quite humbled by most of the folks I read here. Welcome aboard and thanks for stopping by!

here's a link for you

and everyone else. It's George McGovern speaking against this bill, and we all know he's as liberal as they come. Good to have him on this side of the issue.

I saw that when he put it out. I get a kick out of how fractured the left really is. I mean, my God, if one of their icons is against it, how can they think they are on the right path??
Thanks for your input!

They're depending on the MSM and dumbed down in America to not know that it takes away a union member's individual right to a private vote. If America knew that, there's no way they'd be behind it. I think it's a last chance effort for America to wake up and realize what libs are really up to.

Jesse

My wife is in the KY Teacher's union, and she had no idea what's being proposed with this bill. She doesn't agree with it, thankfully. She hated GWB, and I'm sure she voted for Barry just for spite, but she is having buyer's remorse. I hope a big percentage of his other voters follow suit, and quick.

card check

is the tool fascists are bent on using. Watch the votes very carefully. Good post stryker.

davecat

What are you doing up at this hour?

You are correct...hopefully, Spectre keeps his word and votes against it. The passage will doom any chance of our economy recovering.

Thanks for dropping by!

bdubya

What's up with the name change???? Channeling The Duke?

Craw

You guessed it. Didn't like the potential for the automatic assumption that I was a partisan Bushie. Stryker probably a little closer to what I aspire to LOL
