So true.

His tax plan will do just that. did you know Warren Buffet pays very little to know capital gains tax. You only have to pay capital gains tax on "realized capital gains", There is no tax for "unrealized gains". So of course all of Buffets gains are unrealized. Found this out when I was watching Cavutto one day and he and the guest were going over Obama's tax plan. Funny thing was the guest swept that under the rug very quickly.
