I LOVE Thomas Sowell. Why can't HE run for pres. I'd vote for him in a heartbeat!

When you go to create a blog entry in the Townhall tool, there are some toolbars at the top of the area where you type your post. On the second row towards the right, there is a button that has a picture of three chainlinks, and if you hover your mouse over it, it says "Insert Hyperlink". What you do is copy into your clipboard the url address to which you want to link, then go to your create blog page, highlight the word you want as the linked text, and then press that "Insert Hyperlink" button. This will bring up a dialog box into which you paste your desired url address, click "OK" and you should now have a brand spanking new hyperlink in your text instead of a lengthy URL address.

(If you use a wordprocessor to write your posts, you can do the same thing. Check the help for inserting hyperlinks and it should tell you how for your specific word processor.)
