The histories of both Texas and California are rich ones. The borders were stabilized a long time ago, and it would be absurd to re-open the border question. Texas and California have long been states in the union, and like other states, they are open for people to immigrate legally, and integrate into the society, become productive members of society.

The venom from activists who claim that only "Mexicans" are rightful residents of the land is sad and silly. It doesn't matter if you are from Mexico, Sweden, or if your ancestors were waving at the colonists as they landed on the east coast. If you're an American, you're an American, and it is in your best interest to build up THIS society.
