Atheism

Atheism is not an article of faith, as the religious zealots like to spin the debate, but is nothing more than a rejection of the mythology fairy tales and the cave-man explanation for everything that there's a god for everything that they couldn't explain. Atheists (as myself) don't pretend to know how everything came about, or why things happen that we now can't explain--and we don't have to. The burden of proof isn't on atheists to prove why there's no such thing as gods, but on the believer to prove that there is. We atheists are not a cult or belong to a religious group, we're realists and don't blindly follow a shepherd like a bunch of meek little sheep. We think for ourselves.
Here's an interesting question for the believers:
If everything came about because a god created it, who then created this god?
