VERY WELL PUT
We must take back out Schools and stop allowing these Marxist minded teachers to indoctrine our young.I think it should be mandatory that they learn the constitution and the TRUE meanings of our founding Fathers and how that Runs the Competitive Engine of our Country and Society and rid the ideology of "Nanny State" and "Entitlement" ..Jeanne

Thanks for your comments and support. I have been saying for years that the entire political and social talk about schools about the conservative movement, generally, has missed the point.
We will never take this country back and take it back in the Right Direction on which it was founded, until we take back Our Kids, Their Schools and Our Communities.
The Schools have been used as Indoctrination Centers since the mid-1960's when the United States Federal Government under LBJ began the wholesale takeover of public schools, which up until this time had been under local and state control as intended by the founders.
A locally controlled school will reflect local and community standards. Beginning in 1966, LBJ and the Feds got involved and things have gone downhill ever since.
Not only are the Marxists in charge of teacher unions and most university professors, not teaching our kids good academic skills such as reading, writing and arithmetic, they are brainwashing them with political correctness and perversity. They are dumbing them down while filling their heads with propaganda. The election of the current liberal congress and election of Barack Obama is a result of 40 plus years of public education which has been dumbing down America while brainwashing kids.
In 1966, we were in the top 3 school systems in the world, and today, we are at #28 while spending more per capita than anyother nation.
There is plenty of money being spent on education, but it is not being spent where it belongs in the communities with more schools with smaller enrollments in each school with smaller teacher-student rations. Too much is being spent on administering the schools, abiding by federal mandates for standardized test, technology and other Non-Essential functions. In fact, most of what the money is being spent on not only does not enhance teaching and learning, it is actually an impediment to teaching and learning, which is either by accident or design.

....it is actually an impediment to teaching and learning, which is either by accident or design. No matter whether it is by intent or accident does not matter. It has to be fixed and the only way it can and will be fixed is for People In Every Community In America just tell the politicians and bureaucrats that they are Taking Their Schools and Kids back from the Federal Government.
We can take our country back but it is going to take a lot of courage and a concerted effort at the local level for Parents and Others in the Community to just tell the bureaucrats and politicians that We Are Taking Back What is Rightfully our Responsibility and Right to do. We are taking our kids back from the State and We are Taking Our Schools Back and Controlling them locally based on Our Community Standards and not those Being Dictated From Washington DC.
If enough citizens speak up and take action locally, we cannot be stopped.
It baffles me as I watch so-called conservatives and others debate this and that with Liberals and making compromises that totally compromise this nation and it's integrity, values, customs, and traditions. Stand Up, Take a Stand. All politics is local, and if you cannot take back your neighborhoods and schools and control a local school board, what makes anybody think that we can change the Washington DC machine of corruption, subversion and perversion??
