Comment on: "Throw the Scoundrels Out"

This is Texas

I Love Texas

I'm going to miss it when Bush's "guests" become legalized and vote it into Mexico.

I'm going to miss it too.

I have to tell you there are parts of Texas that are a third world country now. It is a different rodeo.

my beloved Texas

I am a 5th generation Texas and proud of it. I am also deeply concerned about the problems that unbridled immigration have brought to us and other parts of the country as well. Some parts of Dallas look like any street in the poorest part of Mexico. You can even go to a pizza restaurant here and pay in pesos. Has the dollar ceased being our national currency?
Seventy percent of the babies born at Dallas' public hospital (paid by our tax dollars, not pesos) are born to illegal aliens. The list of problems goes on and on. I would live no where else but Texas but we are considering (seriously for the first time) moving out of Dallas to a smaller county with less give aways for illegal aliens. My taxes will go down and I can use my hard earned dollars to pay for pizzas rather than pesos!! If the RNC asks for any more donations, I am sending them the pesos I have left over from my last (and final) visit to Mexico.

I understand completely

I know of what you speak, my friend.

BUT, be careful moving somewhere outside a big city. The smaller towns have a smaller tax base, but STILL have the illegal problem. Less police protection, especially out in the county, and the smaller hospitals are just closing because there is so much uncompensated care given they can't keep their heads above water.

This whole thing is a disaster in the making.
