Bush IS responsible.

There is an old story in the navy that a battleship ran aground off the atlantic coast due to an error from the harbor pilot.The captain of the battleship was promptly relieved of command.
When asked why the captain was relieved for something the harbor pilot did the navy replied that "The man on the bridge is responsible for the ship". Period. No excuses accepted.

George Bush Jr. was the one who let the liberals call the shots on Fannie Mae,etc. He was the one who let the Dems write the education bill. He was the one who let spending get out of control and didn't veto a single bill in his first term. He was the one who tried to ramrod amnesty down our throats. He was the one who signed McCain-Feingold into law AFTER expressing the opinion that it was unconstitutional. He was the one who set the precedent for Obama's reckless stimulus bills by signing on to his own reckless stimulus package.

George Bush ,Jr. was President for eight years. That makes HIM responsible. Period. No excuses accepted.
