Justice or Empathy, Not Both

Great Analysis

I very much appreciated this essay, sir. (Please advise how you prefer to be addressed).

Now I did not go to lawyer school and to be completely candid, I find many things lawyers do in the name of "justice" to be just the opposite. However comma when you are right, you are right.

As for the nominee, I have semantically analyzed the infamous 2001 speech. The v.white men is not what really troubles me, given it is a logical conclusion.

Here is one of the lines that really troubles me personally: "Each day on the bench I learn something new about the judicial process and about being a professional Latina woman in a world that sometimes looks at me with suspicion."

There are many things troubling about this line, but the kicker for me is the juxtapositioning of "judicial process" with "being a professional Latina woman" in the context of what this nominee learns "each day on the bench."

Should you have the time and inclination, stop by my corner of the blogosphere. I'm not as polished as yourself, but I like to say what I think and have a little fun.
