low ball advice
Ah yes, you suggest Blackburn's response should've been one that doesn't answer the question, but instead berates the interviewer with third grade derisive tactics, right?
This is the problem with such overarching moralist like Blackburn - she's invested waaaaay more time on the Moveon.org ad and so very little on the names of the dead troops from her own state. Typical GOP misplacement of what's truly important.

What?
It was one of the dumbest questions I've heard since Hillary or Obama was at the mic.
He HONESTLY can't tell the difference?
The guy graduated (with honors) from the University of Michigan, but he can't think logically? He can't even do basic reasoning?
Of course he can - but he's going to stand here and try to tell me that he's that stupid because HE HAS A POLITICAL AGENDA.
(Yeah well, so does Rush...)
Rush has never said otherwise - whereas most left wing journalists do (and I'm sure that Shuster would be amongst them.) Rush is a commentator and even admits it. Unlike journalists who tell us they don't take sides (Vote Hillary in '08).
And this is the whole point. The New York Times got caught playing favorites. If the NYT wants to sell political ads - that's fine. But to charge a small fee for their friends and a fat fee for people they disagree with is illegal.
And for a journalist Shuster wants to claim that doesn't know this is lazy/sloppy/irresponsible of him.
But he wants us to think he's stupid in a weak attempt to feign neutrality.
You HONESTLY don't see that? Really? Please tell me that you do and you're just disagreeing cause you don't want to admit you missed my point.
