Your LInk to Spiritual Covering

Greek definition for Woman

(G gunh/ Heading - KJV)
gunh/, gyn©± ; g1135
From probably from the base of gi/nomai {g1096}
Mean a woman; specifically a wife
KJV wife, woman

in effect we see comes from the New Testament Greek definition, it is the same for man, which also means Husband from the Greek

This his web site, as it appears so his beautiful message is diminished from what appears an assumption on his part. I hope that will help. God Bless.

"here at the very outset of our scrutiny of this text, is that the Greek language, in which most of the New Testament was written originally, did not have a specific word for "husband" and "wife" as in the English language. Instead, the word for husband is the word for "man," and the word for "wife" is the word for "woman."
