YO! Darth! Well written. I don't fully agree but the gist is just so.

We Americans have grown accustomed to INSTANTANEOUS EVERYTHINGS!!!

Law and Order, for example: In ONE episode covering maybe 45 minutes of actual airtime, a crime was committed, an investigation was conducted, a Grand Jury convened, indictments were handed down, an arrest was made, a trial was conducted, a verdict was issued, an appeal was made, a Supreme Court convened, sentencing eventually was confirmed and the perp went off to jail, the attorneys went out and got drunk...ALL in LESS than 60 minutes.

It is no wonder our society is afoul. The other more pressing reason is we have turned our backs on God as a nation.

Hee hee its a bit rough still but i was in the mood too post; my overall point will be clear eventually.

I crack up at 'Law & Order' "Special Victim Unit" which I've seen once and my friends love. Typical show: Opening scene, smaller pony tailed pre teen person? Being raped? Attacked? By an attacker 2 x pre teen's size? Scene ends with pony tail hair covering 1/2 a young, soft, now dead, face.


We soon learn it was a pre teen raped and killed allright; no young girl deserves such a fate. The Law & Order squad is looking gritty faced; one dectective finally speaks out in rage.

"How young do they want them? 2? 3? 10? 14 okay? I see 12 sure is! Look at this kid; 12 years old, captain of his soccer team, name; Scott Mc Doughal. Christ."


What? It was a gay pre teen rape surprise twist? What great t v.....

So the L & Order SUV unit finally caught the 'perp' after an hour's worth of non connected sleazy shocker scenes and 1,000,000 close ups of horrified cops and witnesses; all repeated again in the courtroom trial phase of the show.

My friends are amazed i've only watched it once and wasn't too interested; i'm amazed they think I worry too much about our debt to China. They think we'll just kick Chinese butt if they ask for the $$$ we owe them....

The fact we're losing 2 wars to a ragtag array of militia's in 2 countries who all see us as a secondary, not the primary enemy, makes me wonder: Can we even kick Guatemala if they attacked us right now?

Not bothering to bring up the Foriegn Treasury Fund or the impact of China's week to week decision to take US profits and reinvest in American dollars, or...decide to change it into yen through their own Chinese banks because it has become worth more to do that....I asked my friends if, looking at our current military engagements that are currently ongoing, if they were sure now was a good time too upset China.

Did they think we could kick China's butt now, Iraq Afghanistan, or any other Islamababa militants we've got our hands full with now?

They responded by rousingly saying Heck YEAH!


Not surprising, as I've known nearly all my friends are societal retards; they're making min wage or near it, carless and barely able to live while drunk on crappy cheap beer each night.

They're clueless that China has spearheaded the new global economy by replicating Wal Mart's instant supply manufacturing system on a global scale. They're clueless that Chinese factory workers make 200 bucks a month...but have free ( hi quality )health care , pay $20 monthly in rent, pay 10 cents for meals....have little or no car insurance payments ( If they drive a Chinese car, at least ).

The Chinese are living the American dream right now!

Nope; we're Americans so we're #1 and we feel bad for the Chinese and they wish they lived here in the home of democracy, or at least they refuse to see it any other way.

Our society, I think, is afoul because we blame homeless men for making choices of their own free will to get homeless and see it as morally right to NOT help instead of helping them.

They made their own choices; they have to be responsible for the conseqeunces of those choices, right? Helping them only prevents them from learning a lesson about making smart choices, right?

Hah! No. We all make mistakes; only God is perfect. WE have a responsiblity to go over our own mistakes in life with those making the same ones now and being humble enough to show them how we overcame them.

No one who has free will to make choices decides on actions which will harm them in some way; they're revealing mental illness, not free will.

Be it Jesus or Allah, humility and tolerance are the keys that unlock the way to live with God; our misuse or abuse of free will has turned America into a fake house of the fraudulent holy that is really dominated by unrecognized greed and lies by the left and right.

The Neo Cons reflect our time perfectly: They're admittedly Straussian's, not conservatives, who are primarily Jewish in faith; that didn't stop them from following Strauss's teachings perfectly and lying in 1980 to Christian leaders that they were also "Christians" who, if the Christian leaders could get their flocks out to vote them into power, would overturn roe vs wade and restore "Christian" values to America.

Before then, Christians believed voting or having any politial involvement was acting aganist God's wishes; that changed in 1980.

They're still waiting for the neo con promises from then as well.

Hey; i'm a true conservative, committed to social justice and a small govt, but not too small it can't guarantee needed services. I believe the benefits of living right outweigh the profits of doing wrong. I'm for seperation of church and state because my faith should be easy too see in my demeanor and actions; i shouldn't have to announce it for it too be known or seen!

what are we coming too as a country, anyway???
