If you are going to copy someone elses material, you should, at least, give the original author the credit. Your post, BOSS - Letter to Employees, is a word for word copy and paste of DrPete's post on Jan. 6, 2008.

Actually, you should not copy the work of others at all. It is a copyright violation at best, plagiarism more likely.
