Suggestion For Teaching How Socialism Affects Others

This reminds me of a story I heard some time ago. A man was telling how his daughter, home from school for the holidays, was espousing the usual college inspired socialist rhetoric. She then went on to tell of an 'A' she received in a particular class.
"Well", the father replied, "Why don't you take some of those grade points from your 'A' and give them to another poor student who did not do so well in the class? After all, you don't 'need' an 'A' to pass the course, a 'C' will do. This way, both you and the 'less fortunate student' will pass the course."
The apparent response was along the lines of, "Hell No! I earned that 'A' I'm not giving what I earned to someone too lazy to study!"
