I heard Ron Paul in the last debate blaming 911 on the presence of our troops in Saudi Arabia. He would pull us out of NATO, turn all of East Asia and probably Australia over to the Chicoms and basically disarm us and let us sit behind our undefended borders while our enemies (and in that state of weakness everyone would be our enemy) engineered our destruction. His 'no government' domestic policy is unachievable and irrelevant, in any case, because our economy would be destroyed by a cut-off of imported natural resources and a collapsed currency.
