Hi CommonMan,
Blaming Medicare for fraud and abuse is like blaming Wal-MArt for shop lifters and employee theft.
Tort Reform would be good..but by no means is this the largest driver of healthcare costs.
In fact it is less than 1% of the costs.

Medicare works. Which is why you don't see any healthcare reform protests pleading to get out of it.
